Shenzhen Pard Technology Limited (PARD) is a professional night vision scope and thermal imaging scope manufacturer located in Shenzhen China. We have developed the well-known night vision Pard NV007 and NV008 series of products, with a low price, high-quality products, for the majority of hunting enthusiasts, travel enthusiasts, bring a lot of wonderful experience.
PARD’s first product was the 007 first launched in 2017, followed later that year with the 008 and the Thermal Range of scopes and Handhelds
Owl Optics and Outdoors is a Whangarei based Night Vision and Outdoors Specialist and is PARD’s exclusive distributor for New Zealand
Owl Optics was started in 2011 with a mindset of being experts in our field and providing the best systems and service to our clients.
Our customers include Helicopter Rescue Operators, Coast Guard, LandSAR, Police, Government Departments and other Professional and Recreational users in New Zealand and Australia.

We (Owl Optics) have been operating in this field for over 14 years and have supplied Professional users, Search and Rescue Personal and various Government Departments both here in New Zealand and Australia with Night Vision, SAR and Communications equipment.

We have pre-tested every device before if is shipped out AND we have our own techs who can repair the units without them being sent back to the Factory with a quick turn around time. Many months of waiting time are not acceptable to us in all but extreme cases; you should ask about other brands regarding this and their local support
